1. Sponsor. This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Selvasana LLC, located at 570 Main St NE, Atlanta, GA 30324 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Real Federación Española de Fútbol, the Federação Caboverdiana de Futebol, or any participating team or organization.
2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period. The Sweepstakes begins on [start date] at [time] ET and ends on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete the entry form on this page. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or phone number will be disqualified. Use of any automated entry method, bot, or script is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) ticket to the Spain vs. Cabo Verde match at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $[amount] USD. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all transportation, lodging, food, beverages, parking, and any other expenses not specifically included in the prize. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize. The prize is subject to all terms and conditions printed on or accompanying the ticket, including all rules of the venue and event organizer.
6. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur on Friday, June 12, 2026, and the winner will be notified by email or SMS by 3:00 PM ET that same day, using the contact information provided at entry. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If the selected winner does not respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.
7. Release of Liability. By entering, each participant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, owners, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or theft.
8. Use of Personal Information. Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy at [privacy policy URL]. 9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local laws apply. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
