On Thursday, September 17 at 6:30 PM, Under Pressure Wine Bar co-founders Juan Fernando Cortes and Adam Berlin join Madre Selva Executive Chef Mayra Dominguez for a four-course wine dinner that travels Latin America, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
Cortes, the first Atlanta sommelier to earn the MICHELIN Guide's Sommelier Award, pours from a South American list most Atlanta menus never touch. Chef Mayra cooks from her Peruvian heritage and the Latin coastal kitchen she built at Madre Selva. Every course is written to meet the wine poured beside it.
It happens once. Eighteen seats, a single 6:30 PM seating, and no second night. $125 per guest, plus tax and gratuity. Four courses, a wine pairing with each.
