On July 28, Peru celebrates its independence with tables full, pisco poured, and the unmistakable energy of a country honoring its heritage. For one night, that celebration arrives at Madre Selva.
Executive Chef Mayra Dominguez invites guests to experience Peru through a four-course dinner inspired by her roots and the traditions that shaped her as a chef. From the vibrant flavors of the ceviche bar to the smoky depth of the Josper grill, each course reflects a different chapter of Peru's diverse culinary landscape, paired with two cocktails that celebrate the country's iconic spirit.
Throughout the evening, Latin rhythms fill the room as pisco flights, house macerados, and the vibrant spirit of Fiestas Patrias transform Madre Selva into an immersive celebration of Peruvian culture. Created exclusively for this one-night event, the menu features dishes that will never appear on the regular menu, making this a rare opportunity to experience Chef Mayra's personal interpretation of Peru's most celebrated holiday.
Seating begins at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, July 28. Tickets are $95 per guest, plus tax and gratuity, and include four courses and two cocktails. Limited to 30 guests.
