Executive Chef Mayra Dominguez invites guests to experience Peru through a four-course dinner inspired by her roots and the traditions that shaped her as a chef. Throughout the evening, Latin rhythms fill the room as pisco flights, house macerados, and the vibrant spirit of Fiestas Patrias transform Madre Selva into an immersive celebration of Peruvian culture. Created exclusively for this one-night event, the menu features dishes that will never appear on the regular menu, making this a rare opportunity to experience Chef Mayra's personal interpretation of Peru's most celebrated holiday.
Seating begins at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, July 28. Tickets are $95 per guest, plus tax and gratuity, and include four courses and two cocktails. Limited to 30 guests.
