Under Pressure x Madre Selva: A Latin American Wine Dinner

Eighteen seats, one seating, and a South American wine list most Atlanta menus never touch. On Thursday, September 17, Under Pressure Wine Bar co-founders Juan Fernando Cortes and Adam Berlin sit down with Executive Chef Mayra Dominguez for a four-course dinner that moves through Latin America by way of its wine and its food. Cortes, Atlanta's first MICHELIN Guide-winning sommelier, pours every pairing. Chef Mayra cooks from her Peruvian roots and the coastal side of the Madre Selva menu. Hispanic Heritage Month, one night only. Seating begins at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $125 per guest, prepaid. Only 18 seats.
