One-Year Anniversary Guest Chef Dinner

In celebration of its first year in Atlanta, Madre Selva invites guests to Celele x Madre Selva, a one-night-only anniversary dinner on Thursday, April 30, 2026, featuring two intimate seatings at 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM and a special collaboration with Chef Jaime Rodríguez, the acclaimed chef behind Celele in Cartagena, recently ranked No. 48 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list. With only 40 seats available at each seating, this exclusive evening offers a rare opportunity to experience one of Latin America's most celebrated culinary voices in Atlanta.

For this special evening, Chef Jaime and the Madre Selva team will collaborate on an intimate seven-course tasting menu inspired by the vibrant flavors and biodiversity of Colombia and Latin America. The experience begins with a welcome cocktail and includes two additional cocktails by Madre Selva Bar Director Alex Holender.

With international recognition for its thoughtful, ingredient-driven expression of Colombian cuisine, Celele has become one of Latin America's most celebrated culinary destinations.
