For one year, we've invited Atlanta into a sanctuary of Latin coastal flavor, Peruvian influence, ritual, energy, and escape. Inspired by the spirit of exploration that defines Madre Selva, we're celebrating our one-year anniversary with an immersive weekend that, over four days, brings the energy of Colombia's beaches and jungles into the room through food, cocktails, music, and atmosphere.
The celebration begins on Thursday, April 30, with a one-night-only ticketed guest chef dinner featuring Chef Jaime David Rodríguez of Celele in Cartagena, recently ranked No. 48 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list. Chef Jaime and the Madre Selva team will present an intimate seven-course tasting menu inspired by the vibrant flavors and biodiversity of Colombia and Latin America, paired with a welcome cocktail and two additional cocktails by Madre Selva Bar Director Alex Holender. Each seating is limited to 40 guests.
From Friday, May 1 through Sunday, May 3, that collaboration continues throughout Madre Selva with two exclusive dishes created by Chef Jaime Rodríguez, available all weekend long alongside special cocktails from the bar team, live music, tropical details, and other surprises across the dining room and patio. It is a weekend created to celebrate one remarkable year in Atlanta in the immersive, transportive spirit that has defined Madre Selva from the beginning.
